IMMERSE & NOURISH YOURSELF IN NATURE

Join us for an immersion into nature between Sintra forests and the portuguese coast.

5 days & 5 nights of nature immersion coupled with yoga, meditation, creative workshops, local, seasonal food from permaculture farms, somatic movement, sensorial experiences, hiking trails and much more

Our retreats are located between Ericeira and Sintra. Ericeira is a traditional fisherman village and surf paradise. There are long sandy beaches with infinite waves of all sizes surrounded by tranquil green valleys and regenerative farmlands.
A historical town on the hills surrounded by lush forests, Sintra is a very special place thanks to its microclimate and huge biodiversity. It hosts a huge protected forest and stunning secluded beaches. 
We want everyone to enjoy the wonders of this place, remembering to respect and take care of it.

Food


We carefully select local, organic and seasonal ingredients. Vegetables, fruits and eggs come from nearby regenerative farms, herbs are from our gardens and sourdough bread is homemade in the house.
All food and drinks are prepared with care to balance and nourish your body, mind and soul

Ayurveda


In the Indian “science of life”, Ayurveda, our bodies as well as the universe around us, is made up of 5 elements. We are all born with a predominant element, a constitutional type - our dosha.


The way you nourish your body plays a major role in your life: what you eat, how you eat, how you cook, how you spice your food - we want to share with you some principles of this ancient science that you will be able to apply in your daily life.

Home in Portugal



We choose rustic spaces owned by local people and that have been there for a long time, part of the environment.
We opt for natural constructions over modern comforts.
Our venues have private or shared rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space for you to immerse in nature
